Mohamed Nur Duwane

He is a partner at the firm with a focus on civil and criminal litigation, particularly constitutional petitions and judicial reviews, employment claims, immigration and extradition law, and land and commercial litigation.

Mr. Duwane has successfully defended capital offenses and extradition cases. He is an advocate of the High Courtof Kenya with a special interest in financial service law. He is also a commissioned Notary Public. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws from Kenyatta University.

Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Nairobi, specializing in Public Revenue
and Financial Services Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East African Law Society.

His previous work experience includes positions with Senior Counsel Professor Tom Ojienda and Associates,
Sachdeva Nabhan & Swaleh Advocates, Gulf Energy Limited, and various money transfer companies. In these roles, he has handled high-end corporate clients.
