Mohamed Nur Duwane
Mr. Duwane is a partner at the firm with a focus on civil and criminal litigation, particularly constitutional petitions and judicial reviews, employment claims, immigration and extradition law, and land and commercial litigation. He is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a special interest in financial service law. He is also a commissioned Notary Public. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws from Kenyatta University.
He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East African Law Society. Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Nairobi, specializing in Public Revenue and Financial Services Law.
Hussein Ahmed Wethow
Mr. Wethow is a partner at the firm, specializing in dispute resolution, general litigation, real estate, tax and governance consultancy, and arbitration and mediation services. He is also a commissioned Notary Public. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East African Law Society. Currently, he is pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax Administration at the Kenya School of Revenue Administration.
Mr. Wethow has also worked as a legal researcher at the Kenya Law Reform Commission, he has extensive experience in litigation.
Masibo Nasimiyu Nipher
Ms. Masibo is an associate at the firm. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with experience in Commercial Law, Corporate Secretarial Practice, Conveyancing, and General Litigation.
She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws from Moi University.
Nipher is also a Certified Mediator, trained by the Mediation Training Institute of East Africa. Currently, she is pursuing her Master of Laws (LLM) program at the University of Nairobi.
Peterson Ngari Gitonga
Mr. Gitonga is an associate at the firm. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with experience in commercial Law, Corporate Secretarial Practice, Conveyancing and general litigation.
He holds Post Graduate Diploma from Kenya School of law and bachelor of laws from Kenyatta University.
He is a member of Law Society of Kenya and East African Law Society.
